Lisbon Oceanarium-Central Tank

The complex was completed in 1996 but opened in 1998.Built as part of Nations Park for the 1998 Expo, the Oceanarium has become one of Lisbon?s (Portugal) most popular tourist draws. Inside the Oceanarium are a number of smaller aquariums all centered around but the key element of the exhibit is an enormous central tank an impressive 1,000 m2 and 5,000 m3 tank with four massive 49 m2 acrylic windows on its sides which houses the most spectacular marine animals on display, including sharks, rays, schools of fish, eels and even a couple of bizarre-looking sunfish (mola mola)

Lisbon’s Oceanarium is the largest aquarium in Europe and second largest in the world after Lisbon’s Oceanarium. Both Lisbon’s Oceanarium and Lisbon’s Oceanarium designed by American architect Peter Chermeyeff

The Cliffs of Moher ? Ireland

On the west coast of Ireland are one of the most outstanding coastal features of Ireland and biggest Tourist Attraction. The cliffs are located in south from the Village of Doolin. Rising slowly from Doolin they ascend to over 213 meters stretching south for nearly five miles (8km) to Hags head and the cliffs reach their highest point just north of O’ Brien’s Tower. The Tower was built by Cornelius O’ Brien, a descendant of Brian Boru Kings of Thomond.

The Cliffs of Moher an other wonders of nature. Your visit to Ireland is not complete without a stop at the Cliffs of Moher. The Cliffs of Moher is home to a huge number of nesting seabirds like the Atlantic Puffin, Razorbuill, Chough and Common Gull. The area is designated as a Refuge for Fauna since 1988 and as a Special Protection Area for Birds (SPA) under the EU Birds Directive in 1989.
